Privacy Policy
Keypace for macOS · Last updated 6 June 2026
Keypace is a typing-speed test for macOS. Your privacy is simple because the app is built to keep everything on your own device.
What we collect
Nothing. Keypace does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.
- The app has no account, no login, and no sign-up.
- The app makes no network connections and contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
- All of your typing results, settings, streaks, and goals are stored locally on your Mac. They never leave your device and are never sent to us or any third party.
Data you can see and control
Your test history and personal stats live on your Mac. You can delete them at any time from within the app. Removing the app removes its local data.
A future update may add optional iCloud sync so your history follows you across your own Macs. If and when that ships, the data would sync only through your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms — we would still never receive or store it on any server of ours. This policy will be updated before that feature is released.
Children's privacy
Keypace does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
